What to achieve<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Action<\/strong>: Set your vision, mission and goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Explanation<\/strong>: Define what success looks like for your company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Where to play<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Action<\/strong>: Pick your battles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Explanation<\/strong>: Choose the markets, customer segments and geographies in which you will compete, as well as your value chain and brand positioning. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. How to win<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Action<\/strong>: Choose your approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Explanation<\/strong>: Determine the unique approach that will make you better than your direct competitors (i.e., value proposition, go-to-market, pricing, innovation, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.
